Navigating the numerous narrow and steep stairs with luggage proved quite challenging, especially since the room was a bit cramped, with the bathroom offering limited space at the vanity. The stunning vintage decor, however, created a charming atmosphere, and access to nearby cafes for delightful desserts added to the experience. Despite some noise between rooms, the delightful staff provided valuable recommendations and were eager to assist. The confusion over the coffee pods could use some clarification.

The location is phenomenal, just a 30-second walk from the heart of Chania's old town. The room felt cozy, decorated charmingly, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the multiple plug sockets for charging devices, very convenient! Housekeeping was excellent. The staff communicated clearly, especially around check-in. One downside was the staircase to the first floor, pretty steep and narrow, which might not be great for everyone. the coffee pod situation was a bit confusing – only two free pods on the first day, then they restock later, which should be made clearer. those minor annoyances don't overshadow the wonderful stay I had. Would definitely recommend it!

stunning vintage design, charming courtyard view, strong Wi-Fi connectivity
Navigating those steep and narrow stairs is no joy!!! The bathroom cleanliness could use a second glance, and the coffee pod charges weren’t clearly communicated. A little more clarity would go a long way!!!

Perfect spot in Chania!
Loved the quaint room B2 – had a private terrace where I'd sip coffee in the mornings, and the decor is super charming. The staff were really friendly and offered loads of helpful tips for exploring. The only thing was, the terrace can get a lil noisy at night, but earplugs are provided – lifesaver! a kitchen sink would’ve been a plus.

The vintage design of the place packs a charming punch, remarkably styled and decorated with local flair. It’s pretty much right in the heart of things, just a short stroll from the harbor, with ample nearby options to unwind after a day of adventure.
Navigating those 18 steep and narrow stairs to get to the first floor can be a heart-pounding experience, especially with heavy luggage. The room itself felt cramped, and the bathroom had its quirks, like a small vanity and a shower with drainage issues. Bright emergency lights were a nuisance at night, disrupting the cozy vibe. a few cleanliness slips upon arrival, like a dirty shower curtain, can throw you off. Plus, if you rely on reliable Wi-Fi, some spots here struggled a bit with connectivity, making it tough to stay in touch.
